Notice for using OS 55HZ Hyper and YS 56 SR engines

Both OS and YS are releasing new engines 55HZ Hyper and 56SR. These engines are
much more powerful than current 50 size engines. To prevent accidents or crushes, if
you are planning to use these engines on Hirobo SDX, read following notice before
using those engines.

1. Using Hardened drag bolt (2532-044) is recommended.

2. Do not use main blades which do not come with metal collars. We recommend using Hirobo main blades.

3. Using upgrade main gear 0412-169 (87T) or 0412-291 (89T) is recommended.

4. Pitch up servos should have mote than 9kg torque.

5. Keep main rotor rpm less than 2,000rpm.

6. If there is any vibration caused by parts getting loose, stop flying immediately to
check or replace parts.
Before each flight, make sure to check the machines carefully.

FZ-5 rotor head:
1 - Based on SSZ-4 rotor head used for Turbulence D3, some parts are interchangeable with SSZ-4 head.

2pcs yoke and center hub is same size as 1pcs SSZ-4 yoke SSZ-4 seesaw (use bearing supplied with FZ-5 head), mixing arm, slide block can be used.
Blade holder with 8mm thrust bearing is new design SSZ-4 spindle is used. Compared with previous 6mm spindle, size increased to 8mm Maximum 30‹ pitch stroke possible as SSZ-4.

Cabin:
2 - New design cabin with better aerodynamics. It is attached to main frame at 4 points with body mounts for easy mounting/taking off. Cabin is made of shock resistant resin.

90/120/135 Swashplate:
3 - Inner bearing diameter is increased from 20 to 25mm. New design eliminates elevator/aileron interaction. This parts is same size as Eagle3 / Turbulence swashplate.
This swash accedpts all types of linkage from 90‹(HPM), 120‹, and 135‹(SWM).

Main frame:
4 - Highly durable engineering plastic main frame used. It adopts all in one design with bearing holder and cooling fan cover included in one main frame. To achieve best CG, same engine layouts as higher end models are used.

Linkage:
5 - 120‹or 135‹SWM can be chosen. All models have push pull linkage with bearings.

Fuel tank:
6 - 480cc fuel tank standard. It is easy to check fuel inside this tank. The tank is large enough for 50 class flight. Floating rubber to absorb vibration from machine and bubbles inside the tank. Sub tank (0414-483) can be used as option (Not included in kits)

Low height skid:
7 - New design 1pcs lightweight low height skids for easy to assemble and better aerodynamics.

SWM rudder servo:
8 - For SWM, rudder servo is mounted in front on servo mount to prevent rudder servo from engine exhaust. To prevent linkage rod wearing down, POM guide pipe is used.

Tail:
9 - 5mm tail housing from 90 size Turbulence D3 are used. 2pcs 5mm thrust bearing, 4pcs radiaul bearing included. Double pin supported tail pitch system used for more precise tail control. The tail is belt driven with shaft drive option (0412-162) available.

Tail blades:
10 - New design plastic tail blade included.
